After having submitted your CV, JC
Conseil will call you only if there is
a position suiting your profile. When this happens, the
candidate is invited to our offices and
asked to provide us
with: one recent passport photo, past references, copies
of diplomas, trainings and/or seminars certificates,
copy of Identity Card. He/She is interviewed
by one of our Consultants.
During this interview, all available information will
be exposed to the candidate: main tasks and responsibilities,
salary, allowances, working hours, general conditions,
etc. Then, the candidate goes through a series of psychological
tests. A decision of selection based on this complete
evaluation is eventually taken by JC Conseil staff. If
the candidate is preselected, his/her complete file will be
sent to the client for his perusal. The client will then
make his own selection and call the candidates for a series
of interviews. |
