JC Conseil sarl  is one of the first executive recruitment firms in the Middle East to offer clients a fully-integrated search and selection service.     We serve our clients using the most appropriate approach for each assignment: either search or selection or a combination of the two.     Our recruitment fee is equivalent to 13% of the first yearly basic salary of appointed applicant and could range from 10 to 20%, depending on nature of job and qualifications.     Advertisement fee, if needed, is paid upon recruitment agreement.     We provide a recruitment clause of guarantee ensuring the replacement, free of charge, of the selected applicant in case he/she leaves his/her job or he/she is rejected by the company, within the probation period of three months.
