POSITION SUMMARY:

 

  • To prepare annual sales forecast for the branches & break down with the products in co-ordination with the branch manager, with the consideration of the branch marketing position, promotion activities during the year, etc.

  • To follow receiving daily sales report from the branches through the point of sales & to co-ordinate with the Marketing Department to prepare historical data for the branch(s) thus to make sales comparison reports.

  • To determine the exact customer needs for each branch and overall for the area (country), in regards to price levels & product profile.

  • To monitor changes in the market plan or in the customer needs and to report to the Marketing Department and to follow up with the marketing for the company re-action.

  • To prepare profit & loss proposal for the area (country) indicating the operations revenues & expenses.

  • To ensure that all branches are adding the cash to the bank account on daily bases.

  • To determine the standard stock to each branch in accordance to the business volume and the forecasted sales.

  • To replenish the stock in branches in accordance to the actual sales and the determined stock levels agreed earlier.

  • To prepare man-power plan for the area (country), to review the standard man-power of each branch and to recommend if any vacancies occur.

 

 

 

PROFILE:

 

  • Lebanese, 35 to 45 years old.

  • University graduate.

  • Minimum 5 years of similar retail experience.

  • Good general management skills in handling major topics & peoples.

  • Good analytical and organization skills.

  • Leader.

  • Computer literate.

  • Proficiency in English, French and Arabic.

  • Good knowledge and practice in: L/Cs, L/Gs, logistics and warehousing.

 

 

SUGGESTED OFFER:

 

  • Monthly Basic Salary: USD 3,000 to USD 3,750.

  • Transportation: transportation allowance of USD 300 to USD 550 will be provided monthly.

  • Mobile allowance: USD 200 to USD 375 will be provided monthly as mobile allowance.

  • Medical & Life Insurance: Medical & Life insurance coverage for self will be fully paid by the company, with the possibility of adding family to the medical insurance plan; in this case the company will contribute with 50% of the medical insurance premium.

  • Annual Vacation: Fifteen days (15) paid vacation on a yearly basis.
