POSITION SUMMARY:

To prepare annual sales forecast for the branches & break down
with the products in co-ordination with the branch manager, with

branches through the point of sales & to co-ordinate with the
Marketing Department to prepare historical data for the branch(s)
thus to make sales comparison reports.

To determine the exact customer needs for each
branch and overall for the area (country), in regards to price
levels & product profile.

To monitor changes in the market plan or in the
customer needs and to report to the Marketing Department and to
follow up with the marketing for the company re-action.

To prepare profit & loss proposal for the area
(country) indicating the operations revenues & expenses.

To ensure that all branches are adding the cash
to the bank account on daily bases.

To determine the standard stock to each branch in
accordance to the business volume and the forecasted sales.

To replenish the stock in branches in accordance
to the actual sales and the determined stock levels agreed
earlier.

To prepare man-power plan for the area (country),
to review the standard man-power of each branch and to recommend
if any vacancies occur.
